Factors such as humidity, temperature, ventilation, and specific gas (generally Ethylene) emission levels within each ripening chamber are tuned to best levels in each chamber design, based on requirements.After being brought to a specialized facility or grocery distribution center the cartons are loaded into the sealed ripening room (known as “banana room”) with the temperature-controlled to 17 degrees Celsius.
